1,000 flats to be provided to labourers by Sindh govt

Sukkur: Labourers in Sindh will be provided with 1,000 flats, as announced by Sindh Minister for Labourer Ghulam Murtaza Baloch on Friday.

According to reports, Baloch, during an inauguration of the social security dispensary in Sukkur stated that the labourers will be given all facilities in the New Labour Colony adding that the provincial government was taking all measures to improve educational opportunities of children.

Moreover, he also protested that the federal government was not providing Rs120 billions of Sindh.

In December 2018, the Sindh government had announced to launch six new labour colonies that includes three in Karachi with one each in Tando Allahyar, Kotri, and Daharki.
